• 20 Ear Seeds, with a choice of 24k Gold Plated, Silver Plated or Stainless Steel
  (This is based on personal preference, the primary distinction lies in their inherent properties per traditional beliefs. Gold ear seeds, with their warming attributes, are often recommended for conditions requiring heat, while silver, with its cooling nature, is suggested for needs that benefit from a cooling effect.)
• Specialist Treatment Protocol ear map to show you where to place your ear seeds to assist with that ailment.

It is recommended to use between 3-5 ear seeds, providing you with approximately four treatments.
