🌺 About Shaheen:Shaheen is an avid reader with a passion for health, well-being, and personal development. She finds solace in walks through parks, discovering new coffee shops, and indulging in lattes and cappuccinos, along with exploring new dessert spots.
🚀 Journey to Becoming a Facilitator:After completing her coaching course, including releasing negative emotions, Shaheen felt the need to address trauma. She took the Trauma CPD course with Mayameen and later completed the 7-week Trauma Recovery course. Experiencing personal transformation during the course, she decided to become a Trauma Recovery Facilitator, approaching her work with empathy and a person-centred focus.
💡 Passion for Women's Health:Shaheen is deeply passionate about helping women with their health, well-being, and trauma recovery. She employs effective strategies and provides support to women who have experienced trauma, aiming to empower them on their healing journey.
