Secure Your Booking
A booking payment is required to secure your appointment or programme place.
This payment confirms your booking and will be deducted from the total cost of your service where applicable.
Please note:
Booking payments are non-refundable.
All appointments and programme sessions must be paid for in advance.
Where sessions are paid individually, payment must be received at least 48 hours before each scheduled appointment.
Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.
Late cancellations, missed appointments, or failure to attend are non-refundable.
Once your booking payment has been received, you will receive confirmation of your appointment or programme details.

My therapeutic and somatic services are delivered privately.
BeyondTrauma Academy CIC operates independently, delivering community programmes, accredited training, the BeyondTrauma Advisory Network (BTAN) for professionals, and projects funded through grants or partnerships.
Although the mission and values overlap, booking a private session with me is separate from accessing CIC-run programmes, BTAN membership, or funded services.
