We can get caught up in Negative Thoughts, caused by our Life Events and Anxiety, things that have been said to us in our childhoods, or events that have happened to us, that then create the limiting self beliefs we hold.
All or nothing thinking, also known as black and white thinking, is where we think in absolute terms, like ‘always’, ‘never’ or ‘every’.
For example; if your performance falls short of perfect, you see yourself as a failure. Few aspects of human behaviour are so absolute. Nothing is 100%.
Regardless of what we have experienced, we have the ability to be the best version of ourselves, but only we can take hold of our negative thoughts and how we feel about ourselves!
